They should have passed the bill, but not in the way it was done. They should have waited out the Democrats and passed the bill whenever they came back. What happened instead was that they stooped to the level of the U.S. Congress Democrats and rammed the Union Bill through just like the Democrats rammed the Health Care Bill through. Now they have no moral high ground to stand on.
