Pres. Obama addresses immigration reform with increased border enforcement. That's a positive step.

 
 

What he actually was saying is that he felt nothing would satisfy anyone regarding borders, so he wants to go further down the "path to citizenship" road. His quote on borders "maybe next they'll want a moat, and then alligators in the moat." Hardly the words of someone serious about border security, in fact, he was insulting those that want it.
